All item(s) are final sale. At this time all our products are unable to be returned or exchanged. Once a package has been accepted by a shipping carrier USPS, UPS, we absolve ourselves of any further responsibility for that package, unless you receive a faulty item. Once your package arrives we advise to inspect your order within the first 48 hours of delivery. This allows for confirmation that all items have been added to order and that no item is defective.
If an item(s) is defective: All items are reviewed prior to being sent to a shipping carrier to ensure your items are not damaged. If a defective item has been shipped and delivered (with the exclusion of any physical damage to package) please contact us via email @lovedalexllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving package. Please include the following in your email: name, order #, address, defective item(s) with photos or defect.
If an item(s) from your order is missing: If you received your order and is incomplete send us an email through our contact page within 48 hours. Take a photo with all received items and respective packaging, add this in email to customer care as well as name and order #.
Undeliverable packages: If a package is undeliverable and returned back to lovedalex due to package being unclaimed, undeliverable, or incorrect address. Returned packages may be re-shipped for a 10$ fee.
